Ritwikk Bhatnagar

Ritwikk Bhatnagar
Senior Director — Business Growth, AI & Technology Innovation, Insignia Learning

Ritwikk Bhatnagar is Senior Director at Insignia Learning, where he leads business growth across India and APAC and heads the company's AI and technology innovation agenda.

Across 30+ years in life sciences — spanning medical communications and education, consulting and digital health — he has worked at the intersection of scientific engagement, emerging technology and business transformation, with organisations including Sanofi and Indegene, and as the founder of a health-tech venture. That path has given him first-hand exposure to emerging markets across regions, and to the distinct regulatory, commercial and clinical realities each one presents.

At Insignia Learning he has led transformation from the ground up: proprietary HCP-focused learning platforms built in-house, a multi-channel marketing vertical created and scaled, and the organisation's information-security posture strengthened to meet global sponsor expectations. Multiple platforms now support need-based programmes for sponsors and healthcare professionals, with MCM integration proven across client engagements.

His current focus is the evolving role of AI in Medical Affairs — specifically, how human-like, evidence-grounded and governed conversational AI can move the function from information delivery to genuine scientific dialogue. He leads HuMAiAt, a governed medical AI platform built on that conviction: adoption of AI in healthcare is inevitable, governance is a choice.

Ritwikk holds a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from MDS University and a Master's Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis, Pune, with certifications from Google, HarvardX and IIT Delhi.
