Manisha Lobo has more than 24 years of experience in the healthcare communication space covering all aspects of the CME business from project and KOL management, international academy tie-ups to business development. Her strengths are in developing proprietary tools and medical communication strategies with a differential. Zealous about Medical Communication as her professional arena, utilizing her almost 9 years of experience in research & education and this knowledge in various fields gives a positive direction to her projects.

She oversees the CME & Publication function in the company and plays a key role towards maximizing positive outcomes in association-led projects and extending global academic partnership network.

She holds a master’s degree in biotechnology from Mumbai University.

Ritwikk Bhatnagar
Senior Director - Business Development, Innovation & Technology

Ritwikk is a Senior Director with Insignia Learning (IL) and has twin responsibilities. Leading ILs Business Development for India and APAC regions and additionally, leading ILs Innovation & Technology team. Ritwikk’s role is to optimize the business model, expand client reach, scale ILs business to newer heights and make IL a No.1 company in its domain. Additional challenge has been changing management through complete transformation of the organization both in terms of creating from scratch proprietary HCP-focused learning management platforms, creating a complete MCM vertical and enhancing company’s INFOSEC creds In a short span multiple platforms were developed inhouse to cater to wide range of need-based projects, specifically catering to the sponsor and HCP needs. MCM integration and optimization to engage HCPs has been successfully accomplished and demonstrated through multiple projects.

Ritwikk has experience of 25 years in the life sciences domain, especially in the Medical Communication-Education domain and brings on table his unique expertise in Problem Solving, Business Development, Consulting, Multi-Channel Marketing, HCP Engagement, Strategic Planning and Scaling of Technology-based Solutions. Having worked with top MNCs like Sanofi, Indegene and founding a HealthTech startup thereby gaining exposure into multiple emerging market countries having rich insights into different markets and varied challenges. Ritwikk has gained expertise in creating and scaling digital health products and solutions with hands-on experience in digital and multi-channel marketing. Ritwikk has a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from MDS University, Masters Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis, Pune and certificates from prestigious institutes like Google, Harvard X & IIT Delhi.

Dr. Tarun jain
Senior Director - Medical CME-CPD

Tarun looks after various therapeutic verticals of the Insignia Learning group of companies in India and Middle East region. He has more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. As one of the Medical directors of Insignia Learning, he is responsible for the planning of the CME-CPD strategy, its rightful execution as per good CME practice protocols, medical insights and secondary research, KOL networking and liaison with important CME-CPD stakeholders.

Prior to being associated with Insignia Learning, Tarun has worked for Johnson and Johnson (Janssen) and IPCA Laboratories Ltd. He was acknowledged as a thought leader in identifying new drugs in pain management which are the current blockbusters and are facilitating millions of people in relieving their pain safely. He is the recipient of the Leadership and Growth Award twice during his tenure at Janssen.

He is an active diabetes clinician since 2015, which provides him the distinct advantage to “be in the shoe” of both CME Provider and CME Recipient and understand their mindsets and thought processes; which as a result has helped Insignia Learning in executing up-to-date, impactful and relevant CME-CPDs. He also has social angle to his professional career, wherein he treats socio-economically poor patients at trust hospitals without professional fees.

He is a medical (MBBS) graduate from ACPM Medical College, Maharashtra, India and holds a professional diploma in diabetes from Nanavati Hospital Mumbai, India.

Dr. Isha Gala
Senior Director – Medical Operations

Dr Isha Gala is one of the medical directors of the company and looks into the strategic initiatives and medical content related solutions for our clients to help them reach out to their HCPs and help with the educational initiatives that would bring a positive change to impact better clinical outcomes.

Dr. Gala has been in the healthcare industry for more than two decades and before joining medical education practiced as a consultant OBGY in India, Singapore and Bahrain.

In addition to her MBBS from Mumbai University and post-graduation in OBGY from Mumbai, Dr. Gala has an academic degree in Management of Health Operations from UK.

Dr. Misbah Kazi
Director – Operations

Dr. Misbah Kazi oversees the delivery operations at Insignia Learning. She has over 10 years’ experience in the healthcare industry with around 8 years in the CME-CPD environment.

She leads a team of vibrant project managers and is responsible for setting up processes that ensure quality execution and seamless delivery of CME-CPD projects. She is committed toward the best CME practices, automation and innovation which is critical in driving our partnership with clients.

With over 19+ years of diversified experience in Pharmaceutical industry, Marketing, Strategic Planning, Business Development, Companies Establishment and more he is recently involved in the role of CEO and Regional Business Development Director in B2B, working closely with pharmaceutical industry, helping to architect successful and long-term marketing plans, and responsible for driving the growth and development of a company's business within a MENA region.
